Since 2010, our focus has always been empowering marginalized women in the rural areas. We help women to move Ghana forward through training in the lucrative nontraditional skilled trades, educating their children, and providing community based services.

We empower women by training them in lucrative nontraditional skilled trades, caring for their children during training, and investing in their communities.

We provide free infant/toddler childcare for women in our training programs. We sponsor fee-based k-12 STEM academies in rural communities.

Through our training programs we bring water to village communities and solar engineering. In collaboration with the District Administration, we engage in social welfare outreach in the village communities.
