Social Welfare
In collaboration with the Asuogyaman District Social Welfare Department, we go into our surrounding villages to offer community information sessions on human-trafficking, childhood immunizations, sanitary pad giveaways and other social programs.
Meeting with Community Leaders in the Asuogyaman District
Global Learning Centers met with leaders in the Asuogyaman District to discuss the launch of our NGO and our mission to empower women. We collaborated with community leaders to bring tuition free TVET courses to women.
Literacy Courses
Literacy Courses
English literacy courses in read & writing are offered free of charge to women in our multipurpose room. The courses, beginning, intermediate, and advanced are 3 months in duration. Free childcare is provided.
Computer Courses
Our 3 month computer courses help women to acquire skills in keyboarding as well as Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
