Vision:
Empower Women in Ghana's rural communities to lead satisfying, productive lives enriching their families and communit
Mission:
We support women marginalized by poverty and gender in the rural areas of Ghana by giving them job training and employment opportunities. Trainees are offered free transportation and childcare. Employees are offered subsidized childcare. We also offer community based services such as clothing drives for children and health educational resources
Gloria Morgan, EdD
Gloria Morgan, EdD
Dr. Morgan is the Executive Director of Global Learning Centers-West Africa. She is a 30 years veteran in the U.S. education sector. She has a passion for helping women achieve greatness. She works to empower marginalized women in the rural areas of Ghana through literacy programs, community building, and job training in the lucrative nontraditional trades.
Jasmine Davis
Jasmine Davis
Ms Davis is the Assistant Director in charge of the day-to-day activities of the U.S. programs. She also sits on the Board of Directors. She is an educationist with 13 years experience in both special needs education and general education. Ms Davis graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services. She also holds a certificate in Children and Family Services and an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently enrolled in California State University earning a Master's Degree. She has worked with the Salvation Army in Southern California helping impoverished families get meals, pay their utility bills, and obtain clothing.

Wendy Plaza
Ms Plaza is a founding member of Global Learning Centers, Inc in the U.S. She is a community activist and medical professional. She oversees the subsidiary companies Morgan Academy and Temescal Learning Center.
Shanae Hicks
Shanae Hicks
Ms Hicks serves as the administrative specialist for Global learning Centers in the U.S. since 2018. She is dedicated to improving the lives of women and children.
Claudia Nkansah, Esq
Claudia Nkansah, Esq
Ms Nkansah serves as the attorney on the Board of Global Learning Centers-West Africa. She is a litigator with Rehoboth Law Firm in Accra.
Elias Ofori-Okonah
Elias Ofori-Okonah
Mr. Ofori-Okonah serves as the Finance Manager for Global Learning Centers-West Africa. He is an accountant and Banker working with the rural credit unions. Mr. Ofori-Okonah specializes in microfinance for rural businesses.
Ernest K. Asare, II
Ernest K. Asare, II
Mr. Asare is the Communications Manager for Global Learning Centers-West Africa. He is an Information Technology (IT) specialist with a degree from National Technical Engineering College (2008). He served with VRA working in their Maintenance of Information Systems (MIS) department. He has also served as an IT tutor at local schools. He is a community specialist working with rural villages to bring water and sanitation improving the health and lives of impoverished residents.

Gabriel is an Information Technology specialist with a certificate from Ghana-Germany-Korea Computer Training School in Akosombo.
